Duties

Help
  • You will serves as the Financial Team Lead within the Operations and Business Process Team providing Navy ERP systems support
  • You will be responsible for leading all the financial modules with complete control and responsibility for the financial teams within the Naval Sea Systems Command, Enterprise Resource Planning, Business Office.
  • You will serve as the NAVSEA Enterprise?s Navy ERP system expert for finance; supporting the modules with trouble ticket management and resolution; identifying/justifying system requirements and participates in release management activities
  • You will interpret financial policies and procedures and making business process recommendations for effective operations within the Navy ERP
  • You will serve as an external liaison and represent the financial team at the leadership level and will be the primary point of contact to Field Level Comptrollers, Headquarters Comptrollers, other System Commands.
  • You will perform systemic coordination and orchestration of Month End and Year End Closing for the Command.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower band, NT-05 (GS-13/14) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing technical proficiency and advice or guidance on business management processes to support the efficiency, effectiveness and operations of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) business system program.
