The GS-13 salary range starts at $94,225.00 per year.

You must meet the requirements in 1, 2, or 3 below:
In addition to meeting the basic requirements, to qualify for this position you must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience in: interpreting laws, regulations, principles and policies to generate new procurement concepts; and providing expert technical leadership, staff coordination and consultation in a functional area of procurement.

Education must be accredited by an accrediting institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education in order for it to be credited towards qualifications.
