The GS-05 salary rate starts at $33,625.00 per year, if you meet the following qualifications. You must meet all qualification and eligibility requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.
To qualify, you must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-4 level in Federal service. Specialized experience is experience providing clerical or technical support work for the
procurement process. Such experience may have included establishing and maintaining purchase or contract files, notifying vendors of determinations, reviewing procurement documents for completeness, etc.

completed 4 years of education above the high school level.
This education must have been obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university. One year of full-time academic study is defined as 30 semester hours, 45
quarter hours, or the equivalent in a college or university, or at least 20 hours of classroom instruction per week for approximately 36 weeks in a business, secretarial, or technical school; or
a combination of experience and education which meet the qualification requirements of this position.
The GS-06 salary rate starts at $37,481.00 per year, if you meet the following qualifications. You must meet all qualification and eligibility requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.
To qualify, you must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-5 level in Federal service. Specialized experience is experience performing technical support work for the
procurement process. Such experience may have included assembling, reviewing, and maintaining procurement files related to complex contracts; monitoring contractor performance and recommending
corrective action; monitoring compliance with contract terms; and/or preparing modifications to contracts.
