The incumbent performs administrative level duties related to the Lead Inspector General (Lead IG) mission.
Under the general supervision of the Resident Agent-in-Charge for Transnational Operations Field Office.
They will use an automated database input and track extensive date; review correspondence for accuracy and content; develop reports and graphical illustrations from available data and manage travel arrangement for the staff.

Serve as an authoritative source of program clerical-administrative issues, and provides guidance to the Resident Agent in Charge (RAC) and management on investigation-related administrative issues.
Manages, manipulates, and inputs extensive data into a variety of databases.
Independently conduct queries and compiles information and data into reports, graphs, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Review internal and external correspondence and investigative documents for compliance with agency policies and regulations, accuracy in forms, appropriateness of content and grammatical correctness.
Serves as property custodian, and oversees the management of accountable property, supplies, and disposition of excess property.
Manage and tracks suspense dates and deadlines, to include monitoring compliance with agency procedures and requirements involving training and supply purchases.
Assist in fleet management program by collecting data and reviewing reports on vehicle use, expenses, and income to identify problems.
Assist office personnel with booking official travel and inputting travel into appropriate travel systems.
Establish and maintain files and records.
Incumbent must be able to attain and maintain a Secret level (non-critical sensitive) clearance.
The position is time-limited.
Travel to overseas contingency operation locations may be required.
There is no education requirement for this position.
