The Senior IT Specialist serves as OTIM's Section 508 program lead and the agency's Section 508 Coordinator and should have a robust knowledge of Section 508 federal requirements including the Access Board's revised rule for information and communication technology. The Senior IT Specialist will represent the agency on federal interagency Section 508 workgroups and lead the agency's Section 508 committee.
The Senior IT Specialist may be assigned other duties as necessary such as audit liaison or strategic planning activities, and may provide backup capabilities for the change control and enterprise architecture functions.
