As a Program and Pricing Specialist, you will perform the following duties:
Oversees operational quality control and quality assurance for the PBS Rent Bill Management (RBM) Program. Ensures compliance with policies and procedures as set forth in pricing and business processes for Rent Billing. Prepares reports on the regional status of tracking and maintenance transactions for accuracy and timely execution, which involves auditing and reviewing data as well as developing a plan for proper implementation and correction. Analyzes a variety the most complex and extensive price planning, programming, and budgeting policies, plans and regulations, and other higher-level guidance, to determine overall impacts on National Capital Region programs relative to establishing rate structures for PBS owned and managed Property and/or Services. Represents the Director at conferences and in contacts with the, PBS Regional Commissioner, the Regional Administrator, and the National Office for the RBM and Pricing Policy Program. In the course of these contacts, the incumbent explains and supports program requirements.

The GS-13 salary range starts at $96,970 per year.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
In addition to the Basic Requirements listed above, you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience verifying that rent bill changes are supported by source documentation and compliant with Pricing Policy; analyzes the effectiveness of the PBS rent billing process; evaluates the quality of PBS' rent bill inventory; and resolves highly complex billing issues.
