The GS-13 salary range starts at $94,618 per year.
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service.
Specialized experience is experience that demonstrates the ability to perform project management on large and highly complex commercial construction and/or large and complex commercial building repair and alteration projects; knowledge of resource allocation models required to develop cost and personnel budgets; knowledge of procurement practices and techniques;ability to accomplish work through others as a senior member of a project team; skill in negotiation techniques to conduct contract negotiations with high level business, industry and/or Government officials; and knowledge of contract administration and closeout.
