As a Supervisory Realty Specialist (Lease Management), you will serve as a “Section” Chief in any one of four zones established across the Public Buildings Service, General Services Administration. This position provides input on broad policy and program decisions.
Location of position: GSA's PBS, Mid-Atlantic Region, Real Estate Acquisition Division, Regional Office Building, Philadelphia, PA.

The GS-13 salary range starts at $94,225.00 per year.
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience providing technical advice and guidance on complex realty transactions including ownership issues, Operating Cost and Tax Escalations as well as other realty activities; analyzing and evaluating realty contracting issues and making recommendations and providing input for the development of contracting policies and procedures for a realty program; planning, coordinating, and managing complex lease administration actions and assisting in the development of lease language for lease acquisition projects.
The incumbent is required to obtain and maintain a warrant at the warrant level of the assigned Zone. Accordingly, the employee will be required to complete formal training, on the job training, and education necessary to obtain Leasing Certification Program certification consistent with assigned warrant level.
