This position is located in the Director's Suite of the Eastern Colorado Healthcare System. The incumbent of this position is responsible for administrative support principally to the Deputy Chief of Staff and the Southern Colorado operations. The Deputy Chief of Staff is a member of the Executive Leadership Team, and a key advisor to the Chief of Staff on clinical issues and administrative areas.

Incumbent performs administrative tasks associated with maintaining and supporting the work performed within the organization which includes a variety of administrative functions necessary from typing, scanning, filing, greeting and general services. Work can entail processing a wide variety of tasks for the Deputy Chief of Staff and/or the other members of the Executive Leadership Team/Staff. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
