    Summary

    This position is a temporary position and will end 6 months from entrance on duty date.
    This position is located in the Department of Defense Office of Inspector General (DoD OIG), Deputy Inspector General (DIG) for Administrative Investigations, Whistleblower Reprisal Investigations Directorate (WRI). The incumbent serves as Program Manager for training and development and delivery within WRI directorate.

    Responsibilities

    • Design and manange supervisory and leadership development programs
    • Manage and utilize automated systems training processes
    • Develop and apply evalution criteria and performance metrics to programs
    • Develop and conduct competency and gap analyses
    • Monitor employee compliance with career development requirements
    • Recommend and draft policy and procedures
    • Research relevent law, regulation and policy
    • Coordinate the development and delivery of formal classroom, conferences and computer and web based training
    • Research best practices and identify those with potential to OIG

    Travel Required

    25% or less - You may be expected to travel up to 25% for this position.
