DFPM-Portfolio Svs Intern

The Department of Financial and Portfolio Management (DFPM) oversees efforts to maintain and grow OPIC's worldwide portfolio. Portfolio Services is a unit within the Financial Management Group within DFPM. Interns will assist in: the preparation of portfolio reports, claim payments, disbursements, administration of all loan and insurance contracts, reviewing project documents for data extraction ensuring accuracy, evaluating current and historical pricing trends, maintaining project files, assisting in the investment of OPIC's re-serves for future insurance claims, and other ad hoc tasks as needed. Interns will be exposed to transactions across all of OPIC's product lines, and will work cross departmentally to achieve agency goals.
Applicants must be enrolled at least part-time in an accredited college or university in a relevant business, finance, statistics, or accounting degree program, with 90 credits or more.
You will be evaluated for this job based on how well you meet the qualifications above.
