As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for working with GSA’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to transition all existing GSA payroll functions to OISD, procuring the necessary SaaS technology to provide payroll services, and working with existing payroll providers in deploying phase I of NewPay.

The GS-15 salary range starts at $134,789.00 per year. To qualify, you must meet all qualification and eligibility requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.
To qualify, you must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience analyzing, evaluating, and deploying payroll technology and services ensuring
proper integration touch points work properly and following sound change management practices as overseeing plans, policies and procedures to deploy payroll solutions for payroll and time and attendance.
Bargaining Unit status: Non Bargaining Unit
Relocation-related expenses are not approved and will be your responsibility.
