As a Project Manager, you will perform the following duties:
Supports and consults on the development of comprehensive and detailed project plans including methodology, resource requirements, timelines, priorities, risk identification and mitigation, project estimates, and budget impact. Evaluates project execution and performance against national criteria established to assess project health and works with the regions to formulate corrective action plans on an ongoing basis. Continually updates stakeholders within the Office of Design and Construction, other PBS business lines, and within the various regions with regard to project issues and status. Briefs key leadership on project status including cost impact, feasibility, alternatives, issues, recommendations, and project execution and delivery. Facilitates the involvement of a wide variety of PBS and industry subject matter experts to incorporate the latest trends, policies, and state-of-the-art technologies in facility design, construction, alterations, contracting, facility operation and management, and project execution to ensure that major capital projects meet current and future requirements for PBS capital assets and client missions.

The GS-14 salary range starts at $103,106 per year.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 in the Federal service. Specialized experience is applying advanced concepts, practices, and methodologies of project management to service large, complex new construction and modernization. Such experience must reflect experience performing planning, scheduling, budgeting, estimating, cost analysis and control, tracking, reporting and forecasting for such projects.
