    Summary

    Serves as the CWG-6 Information Systems Department (N6) help desk team leader GG-12 level, NMCI Assistant Contract Technical Representative and command Website/Sharepoint Administrator. In this position you will provide customer service, effective response times and insights into general support issues. This position is located in Suitland MD in the CWG-SIX.

    Responsibilities

    • Train helpdesk staff on operational procedures and troubleshooting techniques.
    • Provide training on new hardware and/or software applications as requested.
    • Perform analysis of hardware problems, computer upgrades, network setup/diagnoses, software problems, and resolves PC specific issues.
    • Maintain accurate physical inventory records, performs asset reconciliation tasks, and initiates data corrections in NET.
