    This position is located in the Department of Defense Office of Inspector General (DoD OIG), DODIG - DIG FOR ADMINISTRATIVE INV. The DODIG - DIG FOR ADMINISTRATIVE INV is responsible for the conduct and oversight of investigations into allegations against senior officials within the DoD. The division also conducts reviews, surveys, and studies, when required.

    • Designs and implements a quality assurance program that includes internal controls testing to ensure compliance with professional standards and internal policies and procedures.
    • Reviews reports of investigation and supporting documentation for clarity, accuracy, and thoroughness.
    • Conducts internal controls testing for investigations, documentation and data.
    • Analyzes internal controls test and special project findings and identifies trends in strengths and weaknesses, and recommends improvements in processes.
    • Develops and delivers training.
    • Prepares reports of special projects findings and recommendations.
    • Provides briefings to senior leadership.

    Travel Required

    25% or less - May be required to travel up to 25%.
