As an Information Technology Specialist (INET), GS-2210-13, you will be responsible for the following duties:
• Ensures that technology support designs for OCR "amplify" the quality and ease of deployed business architectures to meet both the needs of the civil rights enforcement and policy delivery organizations to collaborate, associate, negotiate and "close the deal" on enforcement resolutions-to-compliance with policy and regulatory actions, utilizing the best current social media, web and business peer-to peer communication solutions available today in commercial/government solutions.
• Manages assigned projects, communicates complex-to-simple technical support requirements to non-technical persons in support of specified business needs of OCR and at all levels of line employees to leadership in OCR; at Headquarters and the Regional Offices as needed.
• Responsible for providing a full range of web site management, automation and administrative programs. Utilize a wide variety of applications, operating systems, protocols and equipment.
• Serves as a technical expert concerning policy and planning including the development of policies, short and long range internet planning and associated processes covering the OCR internet/intranet program ensuring that the OCR-wide web program is uniform, consistent and in compliance with policies and guidelines.
