    The Pathways Internship Program allows students to join VA in career positions that emphasize long-term training and development. The incumbents of this position will provide administrative support to investigators, the Administrative Officer, and other Research staff.

    Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • Using a variety of computer software programs such as Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, etc.
    • Maintaining databases.
    • Updating webpages with text and graphical files.
    • Maintaining, appointments, calendars, and schedules
    • Receiving customers and contacting staff members as appropriate
    • Contacting members of the staff and/or agency as directed
    • Assisting in editing and compositing letters and reports.
    • Providing timely and courteous service to internal and external customers
    Work Schedule: Full-time, Part-time, or intermittent schedule available. Must be able to work at least 20 hours per week.
