    Serve as Management Analyst at the GG-11 grade level responsible for performing detailed tasks to develop, analyze, evaluate and advise on, or enhance the effectiveness of various administrative programs, processes, and procedures in support of military performance evaluations in accordance with BUPERSINST 1610.10 (series), Navy awards, military pay and personnel policies, and officer programs.
