As a Program Analyst you Represent the IAE in coordination meetings with contracting office representatives. Prepare Identity and Access Management life cycle management documents.

Develops and maintains systems to evaluate and monitor contractual performance, including cost adjustments, redirection of effort, coordination of on time extensions, incorporation of change orders, issuance of stop work orders, issuance of the notices or show cause matters, monitoring of Government property reporting, approval of payments, and close‐out of contracts.

The GS-13 salary range starts at $ 96,970.00 per year.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
In addition to the Basic Requirements listed above, you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 in the Federal service.
Specialized experience is one year of experience equivalent to the GS-12 in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience performing program review and evaluation that has provided in depth knowledge of at least 2 of the following areas: contracting and procurement, administrative and support programs, training, budget, finance and security program.

Knowledge of contract administration functions following contract award throughout the life of the contract.
Knowledge in performing management, administrative and/or program support work, such as planning, research, analysis, communication, and/or liaison.
Knowledge and skill in providing advice to IAE management regarding processes and issues involving resources.
