As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Business Intelligence/Reporting applications using cutting edge tools and systems development lifecycle methodolgy.

Develops and delivers long-term strategic goals for business intelligence vision and standards in conjunction with business users, department managers, clients, and other key stakeholders. Interacts with business teams and other stakeholders to understand and recommend business intelligence solutions to meet diverse, complex business needs. Collaborates with GSA stakeholders to develop functional requirements and build complex reporting suites to support product analysis across GSA organizations.

The GS-13 salary range starts at $96,970.00 per year. If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
To qualify, you must have IT-related experience demonstrating EACH of the four competencies AND one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service as described below:
IT SPECIALIST COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Specialized experience is defined as experience designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence and reporting applications using cutting edge tools and systems development lifecycle methodolgy. Experience must include using Tableau, Microstrategy, Jaspersoft, agile practices, Scrum Master, and cloud experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
