As the Branch Chief, you will direct, administer, and supervise the program for procurement and contract administration for a wide variety of real property related services.
The incumbent serves as a Branch Chief in the Acquisition Management Division (9PQ), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Pacific Rim Region. Through subordinate staff and supervisory personnel, the incumbent makes strategic and resource allocation decisions, provides highly technical professional advice and guidance to senior managers on contracting matters, and manages a professional staff responsible for all technical matters related to the development and execution of contracts (pre-award, award, and post-award responsibilities) to support PBS organizations throughout the Pacific Rim Region, in response to both GSA and external customer requirements.

Specialized experience requirement for GS-14: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service.
