The health analyst will develop and deploy a regional strategy focused on opioid and substance abuse prevention, recovery, and pathway to employment, working collaboratively with the ARC Federal Office and state partners. This position will also facilitate the Appalachian Health Policy Advisory Council and manage health related projects and grants initiated by the thirteen state partners and collaborating with federal and state agencies, LDDs, ARC grantees, and others in Appalachia.

A Bachelor's Degree in health policy, business administration or a related field is required. A Master's Degree in a related field is preferred.
