As a Lease Management Specialist, you will operate as a GSA representative and onsite project manager, responsible for managing a leased building inventory and administering GSA lease contracts for assigned buildings.

To qualify, you must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-9 grade level in the Federal service.
Specialized experience is experience performing a combination of short term planning, development and implementation of lease management programs; and performing duties necessary to interpret and enforce lease contracts. This experience must include assisting in the management of assigned buildings; overseeing renovations within leased properties and developing, improving and maintaining client relationships.

To qualify, you must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service.
Specialized experience is providing technical advice and guidance on lease administration programs and activities. This experience must include reviewing and analyzing a wide range of leases and realty transactions to ensure financial accuracy; communicating orally and in writing to address issues ranging from routine to highly complex in nature; and identifying, researching and analyzing lease administration issues and providing solutions and recommendations to management.
Examples include assisting in the management of assigned buildings; overseeing renovations within leased properties and developing, improving and maintaining client relationships.
