Research, construct, present, and secure the Data Analytics Platform, including: requirements gathering, installation design, creating standard operating procedures, problem resolution, and IT support for Enterprise Linux, Hadoop, or Windows 2016
Document client user requirements, research and comply with DoD IT policy, and coordinate with DoD OIG IT Enterprise Architecture and Infrastructure to implement updates and ensure Data Analytics Platform clients remain secure and functional
Identify, gather, and understand relevant data to support analysis and assess relative quality and reliability of the data
Data preparation, including data cleansing, transformation, combination, aggregation, and scripts for reoccurring ingestion in preparation for modeling and analysis
Develop data visualizations of results for ease of use and adoption of analytics
Administer regular training sessions and maintain open office hours for teams to directly ask for analytics software support
