The GS-15 salary range starts at $138,899 per year.
If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
To qualify, you must demonstrate at least 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level in the Federal service.
Specialized experience with managing, coordinating and directing a commercial real estate leasing organization, division, or program with responsibility for the development and implementation of realty acquisition and leasing policy and procedures as well as oversight and evaluation of a lease acquisition program. Such experience may include overseeing professional brokerage firms; providing direction and guidance on real estate acquisition and leasing problems and issues; applying the functions, policies, programs, procedures, regulations and laws associated with a realty acquisition and leasing program; and serving as a senior liaison with high level management officials.

-Extensive knowledge of the Federal Leasing and budgeting process. Particularly strong knowledge of leasing program. Reduce the footprint measure, Lease vacant space strategy and planning.
-Knowledge of complimentary and competing measures of other divisions and the ability to blend needs for sound business decisions for the benefit of the customer agencies and the taxpayer.
-Skill in collaboration with peers in other divisions within the organization.
-Knowledge of regional divisions operations. Knowledge of Leasing policies and guidance and ability to apply policies and guidance in a coherent, consistent, business-focused manner.
-Ability to demonstrate leadership and employee development skills and to hold employees and subordinate managers and self accountable.
-Ability to clearly understand the long-term needs of Division and to strategize a 3-5 year approach to workload management, succession planning and lease inventory patterns.
