Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: An earned Doctoral degree (must be completed by employment start date). Completed PhD or DBA from an AACSB or equivalent quality program in Marketing or Management including subdisciplines Organizational Behavior, Entrepreneurship, Human Resource Management, International Management, Organizational Development and Change, Organizational Communications and Information Systems, or Technology and Innovation Management, or related field.

ACADEMIC DISCIPLINES: Marketing, Management, Entrepreneurship, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, International Management, Organizational Development and Change, Organizational Communications and Information Systems, Technology and Innovation Management, or related field.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: : Applicable (especially undergraduate) teaching experience; current publications; and applicable academic and organizational service. Applicants will be assessed based on their teaching credentials (including teaching awards, teaching evaluations/student critiques, course development efforts, and student project descriptions), current scholarship (peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations and awards), service (membership and contributions to collegial, administration, and/or professional organizations and societies), and education (official academic transcripts and evidence of other relevant experience). Preference will be given to a research and/or teaching focus (especially undergraduate) in marketing or management including: organizational behavior, entrepreneurship, human resource management, international management, organizational development and change, organizational communications and information systems, technology and innovation management, and other management courses. Relevance of publications and degrees to the fields listed is strongly preferred. Evidence of ability to maintain Scholarly Academic (SA) status consistent with AACSB standards through continuous scholarly activities is also desirable.

EDUCATION:
If selected, you MUST provide original copies of ALL OFFICIAL transcripts for degrees being pursued or obtained (or letter of degree completion if an OFFICIAL transcript is not available due to recent graduation) to support your educational claims as stated in your curriculum vitae. Education must be accredited by an accrediting institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. For a transcript to be considered OFFICIAL, it should be printed on university letterhead and the registrar's official seal/signature must appear on the transcript. Your transcripts must also reflect the degree awarded/conferred date. Transcripts labeled UNOFFICIAL will not be accepted.

FOREIGN EDUCATION:
Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the educational requirements. However, you must show proof that the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in a conventional U.S. education program. It is your responsibility to provide such evidence when applying in the form of an "official" statement of U.S. equivalency from a Department of Education approved (non-federal) agency (i.e. AICE, NACES), who will complete a U.S. Standard of Education Conversion.
