Duties

Help
  • Directs or performs a variety of functions to provide administrative support for Installation Morale, Welfare, and Recreation Fund Activities.
  • Makes required changes to procedures and recommends changes to policy.
  • Coordinates nonappropriated and appropriated fund personnel requests using the applicable personnel automated system.
  • Monitors and updates TDA and/or PRD. Validates operational workload data.
  • Accumulates and provides statistical analysis in the form of charts and narratives, as required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Applicants must possess one year experience in clerical, office, spreadsheets or other related work, or at least 4 years of education above high school leading towards a bachelor's degree.

Transcripts must be uploaded to support educational claims.

Highly Preferred: In addition to the above minimum qualifications, highly preferred applicants will have at least one year of Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) operations experience which includes program management, administrative support, marketing, and financial management.

Applicants meeting the highly preferred criteria will be referred to the hiring manager first.
