This position serves as the Supervisory HR Specialist (Talent Management). The purpose of the position is to provide development, implementation and operation of a comprehensive human resource program (Pathways Programs/Student Programs) designed to meet the needs of the agency. The incumbent provides program management responsibility in the planning, organizing, directing and controlling the work of the program.
