CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
- Employee is subject to a rotational shift of 10 hour days, four days a week at the Transportation Security Operations Center.
- Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8a.m. to 10p.m. ET and weekends and holidays from 9a.m. to 7p.m.
- Position is emergency/essential/exempt.
This position is located at the Freedom Center in Herndon, VA.
Salary range listed includes Locality Pay of 28.22%.Eligibility to apply for other Federal positions: TSA is an Excepted Service agency exempt from most of Title 5 United States Code, including regulations which apply to displaced Federal employees (CTAP/ICTAP) of other agencies, and employment with TSA does not confer "Competitive Status" that generally results from selection and service in Competitive Service agencies.
