As a Student Trainee (Administration), you will be performing the following duties under direct supervision. Assignments will be developmental in nature and will assist the employee in gaining the competencies necessary for a career:
- Assists in performing routine office and technical work to support the administration or operation of the programs of the assigned division.
- Works with Microsoft Access database or Excel spreadsheets to do basic data entry, editing, and sorting of data needed in the preparation of reports.
- Prepares documents in MS Word.
Occasional travel - As required to perform duties of the position and complete the requirements of the Pathways Program.
