For this internship, schedules are flexible, but you must be able to work in the physical location of the job advertised while attending/enrolled in school. These three (3) locations are Louisville, Kentucky, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Old Hickory, Tennessee. This intern position is designed to prepare a student trainee for employment after graduation as a Maintenance Worker. Interns will be assigned tasks designed to increase familiarity with the target occupation in a real world work environment.

For this internship, you must be a current student enrolled in a qualifying academic program that is directly related to the duties of this position. Qualifying programs can include electrical, carpentry, masonry, and plumbing programs and programs related to equipment operation (or comparable maintenance program). Note that short-term training programs (e.g. several two-week programs completed) are not considered qualifying academic programs. .
