  • Disseminate informational material to pertinent public through the media.

This may include a credit check, a review of financial issues such as delinquency in the payment of debts, child support and/or tax obligations, as well as certain criminal offenses and illegal use or possession of drugs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
GS-09: You must have at least one year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-07 in Federal service) that included gathering and reporting public reaction of information programs, developing and presenting information orally and written in logical and clear manner, application of communication, interpersonal relations, and analytical practices methods and techniques to the solution of complex public affairs problems

OR two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree or master's or equivalent graduate degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related; or a combination of the required experience and education for this grade level.

GS-11: You must have at least one year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-09 in Federal service) that included gathering and reporting public reaction of information programs, developing and presenting information orally and written in logical and clear manner, application of communication, interpersonal relations, and analytical practices methods and techniques to the solution of complex public affairs problems such as developing and presenting informational material to achieve various points of view from publics served or affected by agency programs.

OR a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related; or a combination of the required experience and education for this grade level.
