The Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA) is a Department of Defense Laboratory located in McClellan, CA, which reports directly to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering. DMEA is composed of specialized microelectronics engineers and support staff working in close partnership with the major defense contractors and the semiconductor industry to rapidly develop advanced technology applications for the warfighter.
About the Position:

After Program completion, Department of Defense Recent Graduates MAY be converted to a permanent position or to a term position (a project-based term of employment lasting between one and four years).
Applicants can be selected at the GS-07 grade level. The target grade of this position is GS-13.

As a developmental Electronics Engineer (Data Application), you will assist in performing duties such as development and support of data processing and analysis applications.
