Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: An earned Doctoral degree (must be completed by employment start date) in Accounting, Finance, Operations Research, Decision Science, Business Analytics, Management Science, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations Management, or related field from an AACSB or equivalent quality program.
ACADEMIC DISCIPLINES: Accounting, Finance, Operations Research, Decision Science, Business Analytics, Management Science, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Applicable (especially undergraduate) teaching experience and applicable academic and organizational service are highly desired. Applicants will be assessed based on their teaching credentials (including teaching awards, teaching evaluations/student critiques, course development efforts, and student project descriptions), scholarship (peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations and awards), service (membership and contributions to collegial, administration, and/or professional organizations and societies), and education (official academic transcripts and evidence of other relevant experience). Designations that demonstrate commitment to the field, or external validation, will also be considered (e.g., CAP, CFA, CPA, CFP, PMP, etc.). Successful applicants will possess personal attributes of integrity, cooperation, initiative, and breadth of intellectual interests. Preference will be given to a research and/or teaching focus (especially undergraduate) in Accounting, Finance, Operations Research, Decision Science, Business Analytics, Management Science, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering or Operations Management.
