    Responsibilities

    • The primary purpose of this position is: To provide the full range of personnel systems management services to the regional processing center and all Air Force bases.
    • Provides oversight of the administration, maintenance and development of enhancements of automated processes in a regionalized civilian personnel environment.
    • Participates in special projects, develops program initiatives and performs special assignments. Identifies the need for and initiates special projects affecting the regional service center and assigned installations, to include large, multi-mission or otherwise complex and diverse organizations or-installations.
    • Provides consultation and technical advisory services to functional area users. Provides management with advice on how the automated data system performs, the data available, and how automation assists in handling workloads and improves processes.
