Summary
The selectee for this position will serve as a Digital Engagement Team Lead in the Communication & Outreach Division of NAVAL HISTORY AND HERITAGE COMMAND.
The successful selectee will perform the following duties:
Integrates the development and use of branded, effective communication products into campaigns.
Sets up and utilizes industry-recognized traditional, digital, and social media monitoring and analytical tools to review and analyze reach and effectiveness of communication campaigns.
Assures the work of their assigned team is carried out by performing a range of coordinating and supportive duties and responsibilities.
Coaches the team in the selection and application of appropriate problem solving methods and techniques.
Leads the team in assessing its strengths and weaknesses and provides leadership to the team in exploring alternatives and determining what improvements can be made.
