As Deputy General Counsel for the Legal Division, Supervision and Legislation Branch, the incumbent is responsible for supervising legal activities relating to bank regulatory and supervisory activities and legislation. The incumbent's responsibilities include oversight of the development and implementation of the FDIC's initiatives and programs on legislation and regulations, deposit insurance and assessments, consumer/compliance, and administrative enforcement.
Additional duties include:
High Risk Position - Background Investigation (BI) required.
