The Family and Morale Welfare and Recreation Command (FMWRC) mission is to create and maintain "FIRST CHOICE" MWR products and services for America's Army, essential to a ready, self-reliant force.
This position is locate at the Family Pet Care Center: A small, pet-friendly facility that can accommodate 48 dogs and 11 cats. The "condo-like" quarters will make this "Your pet's home away from home." The grassy areas are fenced and dig-proof that has access to veterinarian 24 hours a day. This position is caring for animals and assists eligible patrons with their pet care needs.
LOCATION: Fort Meade Family Pet Care Center.
Work Schedule: Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

1. Develops, recommends and enforces Standard operating procedures.
2. Conducts customer surveys, reviews usage/sales to make recommendations concerning services, promotion activities and revenue improvements.
3. Supervises assigned staff.
4. Develops budgetary data.
5. Evaluates financial statements, reviewing costs against revenues, advising supervisor of status and recommending improvements.
