Technical Knowledge – Specialized knowledge of Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act rules and regulations to be able to lead a FOIA/PA program and develop program procedures
Analytical - Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of a complex FOIA/privacy related program.
Oral Communication – Ability to communicate effectively orally, in order to explain program requirements and procedures to management and staff.
Written Communication – Skill in developing written materials in order to effectively convey information about complex and technical FOIA/privacy program projects, activities and functions.
