Manage a diverse set of customer and stakeholder expectations, ensuring delivery on commitment for MSFC.
Manage (e.g. proposal, formulation, execution and operation of space exploration technologies/systems projects, direction of engineers, program managers and project managers) for MSFC.
Lead/collaborate with other NASA Centers, government agencies, private industry, academia and international organizations in the conduct of proposal development, technology/systems development, mission development, project execution for MSFC.
Manage resources, conducts technical reviews, performs programmatic (cost, schedule, technical, risks) analyses, and develops major briefings and program reviews to top Center management, Headquarters, and review groups regarding program plans, status, procurement, resources, and technical issues for MSFC.
Develop a strategic vision to guide the MSFC space exploration technology portfolio (in concert with the Center Chief Technologist and Partnerships and Formulation Office (PFO) which is consistent with Center strategic objectives for MSFC
Manage (design, development, test, evaluation and operation) of suborbital and space flight hardware and related systems for MSFC.
Lead the integration of the Center efforts in support of the NASA Headquarters Space Technology Mission Directorate and the Human Exploration Operations Mission Directorate (Advanced Exploration Systems Program) for MSFC.
