Cleans and maintains linoleum, wood, marble and various kinds of floor, wall, and ceiling surfaces using various preparations and heavy industrial power equipment.
Removes stains from a variety of surfaces, using chemicals and cleaning solutions.
Works on ladders to change light bulbs, replace Venetian blinds, wash walls, etc.
Keeps restrooms in clean orderly and sanitary conditions, disinfects and deodorizes lavatories, urinals, and toilet bowls. Clean water fountains, polishes door-knobs, etc.
Performs other position related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
