Serves as the Director, U.S. Army
Intelligence Center of Excellence for Capabilities Development &
Integration, develops and implements a cohesive and synchronized strategy for
the planning, execution and oversight of the formal determination of
Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance requirements and capabilities of
all of the Army's military intelligence current and future force structure.
Responsible for the integration of capabilities into the current and future MI
force, development and publication of doctrine and the training of new
MI-related systems. Independently anticipates and solves major challenges and
addresses strategic policy matters associated with the development and
integration of requirements and capabilities across all of military
intelligence. Autonomously explores and develops processes and procedures to
implement a coordinated and cohesive internal and external plan to support the
Army's future force development. Indirectly oversees execution a budget of
approximately $40 million.

Drug Testing: This is Testing Designated Position (TDP). The incumbent must successfully pass a urinalysis test before entering this position and randomly thereafter.
