The Program Managing Director assists the IC in administering and managing IC cases; assists the IC with overseeing and managing IC records, ensuring they are retained, maintained, and disposed of pursuant to applicable law, including but not necessarily limited to the Federal Records Act and the Privacy Act; coordinates review and referral of allegations with designated representatives from the Office of Special Counsel and the Department of Justice; administers the intake of all complaints made to the IC to, in part, make initial recommendations to the IC Chairperson regarding whether complaints fall within the authority of the IC; assists the IC with the analysis of allegations and subject responses, conducting comprehensive research; serves as an investigative resource for and provides as needed recommendations to investigating Offices of Inspector General; briefs leadership on complex policies and process functions and provides specifics regarding allegation on high level officials; communicates and discusses with senior officials any allegations that have been made directly against them; assists the IC in serving as a liaison with Congressional committees, members, and staff members to communicate and discuss IC policies, processes, and related matters; assists the IC in coordinating responses to requests for information by third-parties, including but not limited to those pursuant to the FOIA and Privacy Act, and provides recommendations to the IC regarding such requests; administers and manages cases for the IC; and other activities. The incumbent will report to the General Counsel.

GS-13 Requirements:
