Serves as an Instructor in the CYS Instructional Gymnastics Program. Provides individual and/or group lessons to participants. Offers less structured activities for parents/children. Coordinates work schedules with Instructional Program Specialist. Develops individual and group lesson plans. Tracks participant's accomplishments, long and short term goals, effort, and evaluations as appropriate for age and type of instruction. Implements changes and adjustments to instructional program and plans to meet unusual situations associated with the needs of individual children and youth. Prepares and implements program options for children and youth with special requirements
Completes designated training requirements and records completed training on own Individual Development Plan (IDP).
