As a Supervisory Equal Opportunity Specialist GS-0360-14 you will be responsible for the following duties:
Directs a case resolution team in the planning and conduct of complaint investigations, compliances reviews, proactive enforcement activities, and the provision of technical assistance.
Reviews allegations, develops the investigative plan, identifies, analyzes and interprets data, and interview witnesses.
Organizes all relevant case information and data, drafts investigative reports and resolution letters.
Provides professional leadership and guidance to team members in conducting and improving complaint investigations, compliance reviews, proactive enforcement, and technical assistance activities.
