You will be responsible for receiving and shipping regulations, magazine inspections, magazine storage requirements, and on-station transportation of explosive materials/items and hazardous goods.
You will perform inspections for regulatory compliance and provide oversight of decontamination, thermal treatment, and disposal operations and verifies compliance with environmental regulations.
You will provide staff advisory, consulting and reviewing services to management on process recommendations, safety improvements and technical matters.
You will serve as lead point of contact in M3 for assessing and correcting deficiencies in preparation for explosive safety inspections.
You will support a manufacturing organization.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing, developing, and utilizing technical engineering methods and procedures to provide technical direction and assess hazards or root cause, to eliminate risk in support of manufacturing operational functions (e.g. hazardous materials shipping/receiving; storage; transportation; disposal of explosives).
