Help
  • You will be responsible for reimbursable billing, sales order processing, period/year end closeouts, unfilled customer orders, accounts receivables, financial interfaces and reports to support the program.
  • You will be the ERP system expert for sales and distribution responsible for trouble ticket management and resolution, planning future strategies, and monitoring on-going operations.
  • You will participate in system testing; writing/reviewing/providing feedback on system defects/change requests; and participate as an integrated process team member across the NEBO, within NAVSEA, and across all system commands.
  • You will interpret financial policies and procedures and make business process recommendations for effective operations.
  • You will provide effective customer service to ensure appropriate feedback mechanisms are established and maintained.
  • You will cross-train and work in other modules and responsible for leading projects and efforts.
  • You will collaborate and communicate with leadership, senior managers, and team members to support Navy ERP financial business concerning financial system operations, status and issues.
  • You will interpret and define data requirements and perform data extracts using a variety of tools/software (such as SAP, SQL, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, etc.).
  • You will develop and deliver effective oral and written briefings, presentations, and reports of complex materials.

  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

NT-05:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalency) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing financial management and analysis by identifying, analyzing and resolving budgetary or financial constraints to formulate annual or multi-year budget estimates for programs.

This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13 and GS-14 grade levels. The salary range shown in the announcement represents all of the positions within the band, including GS-14 equivalent (high grade) positions.
