You will be required to obtain and maintain a Certification from the American Society of Non-Destructive Testing to NAS-410 as a Level III Radiographer
Work is both indoors and outdoors and includes exposure to outdoor environmental conditions to both extremes (heat and cold).
Work requires some stooping, climbing, walking, and lifting. Some sedentary work.
You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band (NT-04 OR GS-11/12) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector leading technical or engineering support services to perform radiographic examinations (e.g. x-rays) on energetic or ordnance items
