Duties

Help
  • You will assist the division director with workload analysis and forecasting based on future planned work.
  • You will manage division "Other Direct Task" pool of funding and ensure proper collection and distribution of funds.
  • You will support upkeep of data in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) relating to technical capabilities health assessments (TCHA) and long term planning.
  • You will assist managers with reporting data as necessary to support financial and workload planning.
  • You will utilize a workload planning tool to assist the division in assessing annual workload.
  • You will assist the division with formulation, analysis and execution tracking of indirect budget both long and short term.
  • You will assist project leads with processing of direct funding, to include funds acceptance, setup and alignment within ERP, cleanup of old/expired funding.
  • You will assist with Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) -related data calls; and will support division with financial reporting and metrics as requested.
  • You will also work with branch managers to identify and track areas where workload may be needed.

  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS 11/12) or pay band (NT-04) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing and tracking financial data to improve the organizational effectiveness and efficiency of an organization.

This position is eligible for part time, full time or ad-hoc telework at the discretion of management.
