Duties

Help
  • You will assist EXU-1's N4 Deputy Supply Officer with operating materials and supplies (OM and S), plant property and equipment (PP and E) management and procurement functions within ERP.
  • You will provide physical inventory counts, material issues, procurement actions, and execute shipping requirements as required to support daily EXU-1 operations.
  • You will ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and directives for material management; procurement, managerial accountability, management analysis, internal control systems, and property management.
  • You will ensure OM and S/ procurement and PP and E policy and regulations are administered.
  • You will represent EXU-1 at meetings conferences, special project meetings, and property management audits; and manages and executes all logistic services associated with EXU-1 global operations.

  • This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). You must be certified as a Career Field Life Cycle Logistics Level 1. Certification is required within 24 months of appointment.
  • Must be a US Citizen.

  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
  • This position is considered Key/Emergency-Essential. You will be required to provide immediate and continuing support to ensure the success of combat operations or the availability of combat-essential systems

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-9/10) or pay band (NT-03) in the Federal Service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing supply and logistics management support for the worldwide deployment of equipment and personnel.

Specialized experience may include: managing operational performance,operating materials & supplies (OM & S) policy development and implementation, control and coordination of logistical support elements to include acquisition, receipt and delivery, transportation, packaging, material storage, inventory control/management, kitting assembly and disposal functions.
